U.S. Prime Realty Property Search Connector · Effective Oct. 12, 2026

This policy explains how U.S. Prime Realty, LLC ("we," "us") handles information when you use our Property Search connector (the "Connector") through Claude or another AI assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Connector is available at [https://api.usprimerealty.com/mcp] and does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Information we collect

• Search requests: the search criteria sent to the Connector, such as location, price range, bedrooms, and property type.
• Contact information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, and any message, when you ask to book, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, send your contact details, or have an agent contact you.
• Appointment details: the date, time, and property or topic of any appointment you request.
• Saved listings: the listings you ask the Connector to save.
• Technical data: standard server logs, such as IP address of the requesting service, timestamps, and error information.

We do not receive your full conversation with the AI assistant. We only receive the information the assistant sends to the Connector's tools.

How we use information

• To return property listings, listing details, guides, and calculator results.
• To schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments with our agents.
• To have a licensed agent follow up with you when you request it.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Connector, including preventing abuse.

Storage and third parties

Contact information, appointments, and saved listings are stored in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel, which processes this data on our behalf. Listing information is provided through our IDX Broker listing feed. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.

Data retention

Search requests and server logs are kept indefinitely and may contain some or all of information submitted through MCP tools. Some information in the server logs are anonymized by a unique Contact ID, which is stored only in GoHighLevel. Contact information, appointment records, and saved listings are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and real estate recordkeeping obligations, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us at the address below. You can also reply STOP to any text message or use the unsubscribe link in any email from us.

Security

The Connector is served only over HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

The Connector is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
